The analysis of materials for grade, composition and purity is all part of the in-house service we deliver at Ireland Alloys to ensure optimum quality is achieved before leaving our site.

We are one of the very few processing companies to guarantee its products via dedicated in-house laboratory.

Our fully-equipped laboratory is designed to produce fast and accurate results to enable the supply of fully certified materials to our customers. Since being established in 1964 we have continually invested in state-of-the-art technology to produce flawless results and the best possible service to our customers. This is why our innovation has been recognised throughout the industry, making us the only company in our field to be awarded the Queen’s Award for Technological Achievement.

All of our laboratory staff are fully qualified with years of experience testing and sampling a wide range of complex materials. While the weight of your material is important, the quality will play a decisive factor in helping you secure its true value.

Early stage testing is conducted using Niton XRF and Feuss Spectrometer, supplemented by in-depth Optical Emission Spectrometer (OES), Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (AAS), Wet Chemical Analysis (WC) and LECO Gas analysis, all processed within our own secure facility.

We encourage new and existing clients to take advantage of our on-site facilities to avoid the use of third party laboratories who will only serve to reduce your profit margin. This unique combination of scientific expertise and market knowledge is why we are one of the few processors who can provide this service all in one inclusive package.
